Hello @Rubysmith37 I'm afraid I don't have the knowledge to answer your question, but for now I've moved it to our Universal Credit category, so that our members can find it more easily- hopefully they can help advise you further :)

Let us know if there's anything you're still unsure of, we're here to help.

If you were found to have Limited capability for work there is no extra money each month. The benefit cap will apply.
If you were found to have limited capability for work related activity you will receive the extra £343 from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. You will also be excluded from the benefit cap.
Check your decision letter to see exactly what it says.
If it is LCWRA and you’re claiming UC with a partner that already has this element on your claim then you won’t receive any extra money. You can only receive it once on a claim.

That says you have been found to have limited capability for work (LCW). Unforutnately, there's no extra money each month for this and it doesn't exclude from the benefit cap.
You may also be expected to attend appointments with your work coach but this will depend on your claimant commitments.
If you think you should have been found to have LCWRA then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) before doing this you should look at the descriptors to see if any of them apply to you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/3904-limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
