Carers grant in essex

Hi is anyone aware is there. Grant carers can’t get or have heard of I’m asking for someone else they’ve read on a news paper report that there was but there was no details about how or who with so I said I’d try and find out a bit more information if possible thank you in advance 😊

Thank u  i know In some areas they do a grant once a yr but my friend is looking for it in Essex and hasn’t been able to find if
