Hi guys had my OT out again as my new pride scooter I am having problems getting it through the front door it's damaging my arms on the scooter I had this problem before the insurance will only keep paying out so far before they tell me no I have to pay to replace arms because it's the arms where the door so narrow it gets caught on them I can't change my equipment or they'll strike me off the mobility and then I won't have anything to use 😔 so a bit worried to be honest as I have charge my equipment with a mobility scheme twice now and you're only allowed to do it three times and they strike you off and you're not allowed to get anymore equipment from them

Hi @Ashvinney I can understand why not being on the Motability scheme is a worry, but at the moment nothing has changed and you've still got your pride scooter.
Hopefully you can speak with your OT further and find a workable solution, I'm sure you've said they talked about widening the doorways? Is that a possibility?0 -
Yes that's the bathroom and my kitchen doors but now it's my front door I need done0
