Hi @ChrisH90
Thanks for your post and for informing us about your progress. How are you feeling about waiting until next week for the letter?
I can hear your nerves, and completely understand. Waiting during times of uncertainty can be really nerve-wracking. Please know we are always here to listen.
I hope you are looking after yourself during this difficult time and hopefully, you will receive the letter before you know it! If we can do anything to support you further through this difficult time, please don't hesitate to let us know1 -

If you ring them they will give you a two week extension to the return date.
Review forms always used to be sent out about a year before the award end date but then went down to about six months. Was your end date of 31/12/2022 the result of an extension due to Covid? If so the extension was primarily to give DWP more time to get the assessments done.1 -
I have no idea about pip reviews as I've never received it before, I sent in my MR 2 months ago, I'll find out next week what the result is.0

Hi @ChrisH90
Good luck with your Mandatory Reconsideration.
I submitted a MR in December 2021, and the DWP called me on Thursday 10th February to know more information about my conditions etc and she also asked some other questions. I have been so stressed and anxious since the phone call as I know she would of made of her decision on the Thursday/Friday.
I hope that you hear from the DWP soon.0 -

I thought the same. The women on the phone sounded like she actually cared and that she genuinely wanted to know more information. She said she had also read everything about my case and evidence before she asked for more information regarding certain categories.
But I thought the same as you.0 -
Well I haven't received a phone call from DWP as of yet, I'm assuming the decision will be no again, Also payment is usually received before the letter.0

MrJackT said:@ChrisH90 Judging by the other threads the DWP do not always call you, however sometimes they do call.I am not sure why they call some people and not others.0

That will make no difference. We've had members here that scored zero points and the MR decision was change in their favour.

Hey @ChrisH90
Sorry you still have not been awarded PIP. It definitely is stressful.
Hopefully your tribunal should be more of a success. The DWP should reply to the HMCTS by a certain date. However they more than likely will need reminded by the HMCTS if they do not.
