I know a pip backdated pay takes a few weeks to be paid
but I already have the mobility part of pip . How long do I have to wait for the 1st monthly payment of living allowance to be paid into my account?

In normal times it can often take anything up to 8 weeks. This could easily be increased due to current conditions. Having already got a mobility award in payment makes no difference to the length of time it can take.
DWP have the same chance we do to appeal the decision but first they need to request the statement of reasons and record of proceedings and they have 1 month do this. They sometimes request them but rarely appeal it.

Sometimes DWP respond sometimes they dont and if they do they are often late.
If you haven't previously given a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted each activity that applies to you then you can do this and sent it to HMCTS.
You will eventually receive the "bundle" which will contain everything you sent and you need to go through all of that to make sure it's all there.
You will eventually receive a date for the hearing and it will be in your best interest to attend.
It's never too late to get representation. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/
