Hi everyone,
I need advice in regards to my circumstances.
I am currently receiving UC and self-employed,
I officially traded/started my business on 24/06/2021 and I believe I’m still within my “start up period” of 12 months.
Can someone please confirm this?

because my job coach is very vague whenever I bring it up my start up date she dodges the question ?
Also, I had my work capability assessment on the 25th of feb 2020 and DWP decided that I have limited capability for work due to my mental health. (I have attached the WCA decision letter below this thread.
Does the decision of LCW expire?
1) I wanted to know if I am within the business ''start-up period'' I was told this is for a 12 month period from the date of trading (24/06/2021) ?
2) How will the minimum income floor work for me if I have been assessed for limited capability for work.
Will the minimum income floor apply to me or will I be exempt?
3) Can I work part-time search for extra work while being self-employed or will this go against my LCW?
Please advise,

You are within the start up period.
LCW continues until such time as you are reassessed and a different decision made.
Because you have LCW you are not subject to the MIF.
You can do employed work alongside self employment if you wish to. If the work you do contradicts the reasons you are treated as having LCW it could prompt a reassessment.1
