Hearing aids and PiP

Hello, I have recently joined after finding this thread via another platform.
I am after some advice if I may?
I have today been told I have a 35% hearing loss in both years and effectively have the hearing of a 75 yr old. I am 40 by the way.
I have also been recommended a number of hearing aid and adaptions as well as Tinnitus calming equipment. The recommendation is for a hearing aid in both years. Is this something I may be able to claim PIP for. For your info I already receive standard on both parts due to a physical disability.
Thank in advance

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis, it's how your conditions affect you against the PIP descriptors. A diagnosis, is not classed as a worsening of condition and before reporting changes you should get some expert advice. Pointless reporting changes if you can't score anymore points for a higher award. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/
