I had my right wrist fused,all went pretty well ,but I can't seem to go back to carpentry.my wrist start hurting and bruising on the elbow.the operation was in August,it's now Feb. Is it normal to be painful after 5 months?.also I haven't lifted anything over 20 lbs.by Doctors orders. I can only work a couples of days and then need to rest.i am 62 years old and been through a lot but feel I still could do my job. It's the only thing I know.does it get better?
