Hi Everyone,
My ESA has been stopped without notice, my last payment was the 7th January, when I rang them they said I had applied for universal credit and therefore my case had been closed. I explained that I hadn’t and they said it had to go to the fraud squad and that universal credit had to deal with it, and they would contact me within 7 working days, well they have now had 7 working days and I’ve heard nothing. I explained that I now had no money and she basically said there was nothing she could do.
im not sure what to do now, I was in the support group. Is there anything you can suggest or help with please.
Thanks
Bev

Hello @Beveybarani I'm really sorry to hear what's happened. The only other thing I can suggest which might help is having a search of AdviceLocal.
If there's anything else you need support with let us know, and we'll help as best we can.
