What does it mean for appeal to be remitted to the secretary of state to make a final decision?

yesterday I sent my decison letter to case manager who has now forwarded it to decison makers anyone know how long it takes from there usually?0

As advised, it can take anything up to 8 weeks.

To be honest there's really no timescales because every case is different.

OK trying to forget about it and hope it's soon but it's been a very anxious wait mind you compared to others I think iv been quite lucky0

just a update got a message in journal today lwcra has been awarded from decision makers and back payment will be in account the 1st march they have took off rent arrears which I didn't know they could do but main thing is its now over and done with1

yeah exactly to be honest I am not to fussed because it's one less thing to worry about and now I don't have the anxious wait of waiting abiut for decisons and things0
