Received earnings related back pay for UC LCWRA

I wasn't aware this would happen but thought it might be useful for others. My partner was awarded LCWRA yesterday and because he was on SSP for the last 3.5 months UC owed us money as he was back-allowed 350 per assessment period earnings (in his case SSP) from date of submitting fit notes. I had no idea this was the case and thought others may like to know

Glad they did do that - sometimes it doesn’t get done without chasing. Small correction though, the Work Allowance is £335 not £350 (£557 if the UC award does not include a housing element).0
