ive been referred to long covid clinic. I live in Southport Merseyside so I've no idea where i will be going.
ive never claimed anything in my life but it was suggested i claim pip? How do you prove it though ?

PIP isn't about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect you against the 12 activities. Have a read of this. https://pipinfo.net/You must also have had the condition for at least 3 months and expect it to last for at least a further 9 months. https://www.gov.uk/pip/eligibilityGetting some expert advice may also help and then you can tell them exactly how you're affected and they will tell you whether you can score enough points needed for an award. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/If you do apply when filling out the form you should add a couple of real world incidents of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 page per descriptor that applies to you.
