Hi everyone, 

I hope you are all well.

My dad has AVM and is struggling physically, emotionally and mentally. 

It would be great to speak to some of you guys to share experiences. I will be showing him all of your responses. If you have any advice on what I could do to help or to make it easier for him please let me know. We need to get his mind back on track and help with his motivation.

    Hi @kvv :) Welcome to the community! 

    I'm sorry to hear that your dad is struggling as a result of his brain AVM at the moment. By AVM, are you referring to an arteriovenous malformation? 

    AVMs aren't something I know a huge amount about, but I hope that another member with the condition will see your post soon, and offer advice based on their own experiences. 

    I did find a charity called The Butterfly AVM Charity, which you might find helpful.

    Would you be able to tell us a little more about the physical and emotional problems your dad has been facing? This may help us to offer some more specific advice and support.
