Hi, my name is Chloe1218!

Hi friends! I am a postgraduate student working on a dissertation of the accessibility of financial service, mostly focusing on digital payment for people with visual impairment. The objective is to understand the current issues and find out a solution to improve the accessibility. I'm very curious about how you think about it and what the major accessibility problems relating to digital payment/ digital banking for you or your friends and family who have visual impairment.
It's really appreciated that if you can answer the following 3 questions, and you're also very welcome to just comment on the most prominent issue you have in mind.
Do people with visual impairment commonly use digital payment?
If you use digital payment, which mobile application do you use? How accessible are they and what do you wish to improve the most?
If you don't use digital payment, what are the factors stopping you from using them? Do you need help from other to complete payment?
Please feel free to share other issues important to you! Thank you for your time!!!!
