I enjoy going for drives in the car, the wife does the driving, but we enjoy getting out, we try to go to the local marina once a week and sharing a bag of chips at the waterfront, i also like to read, but just lately my attention span is waning after a few pages, hope that passes, love autobiography's of famous actors and behind the scenes people who have worked in film and tv, also the disc world series of books by Terry Pratchett, i love those, i also have my movie collection, which is ongoing, and my star wars room which is my happy place,1

I like word games, watching arthouse/indie movies, photography, being creative (whether it’s sketching or decorating), video games, listening to podcasts, world culture, and I’ve got a soft spot for professional wrestling.1

So my hobbies and loves I started out in falconry at the grand old age of 6 yrs I had a Kestrel and a buzzard, but over time ended up with so much more till my disabilities took all that away from me. I love fishing, learning I do a lot of online courses what ever ones are free and I have an interest in I have always needed to learn or I would end up becoming depressed. I also love model railways and building model kits turning them from a diorama to a piece of history beit World War 1 or 2 modern wars or historic battles. I love dogs but unfortunately my Sasha our staffie died in November last year and I really miss her well that is enough about me

wow some fantastic things here, makes mine seem boring ha ha.
On my still times, when i'm waiting for meds to kick in i love nothing more then browsing our lovely site.
When i can or if the sun is shinning i'm in my garden, were i can lose my self and lose track of time.
I have 6 grandchildren which i love to bits , so when they come over its crafts or little walk to the local park and they all love to have lunch like an indoor picnic.
I also keep my brain active, well i try, by doing sudoko or crosswords.
Back in the day before my body got older then my brain i used to love hiking and walking in the country side.1 -
I like visiting friends for a cuppa and a good old chinwag. I like reading but only if the print isn’t too small. Reading this forum quite often and I keep up with news online. I also used to write jokes but not so many now and I am presently trying to regain my bass guitar skills.Â1

Hi @Teddybear12, yes it’s a bit like riding a bike but I find my little finger just won’t behave as it used to, perhaps a bit of arthritis in the joint though I’ve never noticed it before, so I’m limited to playing with just three fingers in my left hand most of the time. I e also found that my plucking speed is slower than before, I’m talking about forty years ago though so perhaps it’s not surprising. All in all not too bad then but I’m practising quite a bit, at least on hour a day , mostly two.Â
Thank you for asking 🙂2 -
Aww…lots of interesting things and quite a mixture too…I always like a book on the go but for sometime now I’ve just not bothered…I must start up again. The Tyson Fury book sounds good, something to add to my collection anyway!Â0

I like to do jigsaw puzzles. I like the wasgij ones best, as you do not have the proper picture until you have done them. They can be very challenging, but enjoyable.0
