Hi, I called DWP this morning about my report and they still dont have it back, so called assessment centre and they said its complete and was with someone for review, then it will be sent to DWP. What does review mean ? and is it the same as an audit? Its my first claim and im getting so stressed about it, I just need to know

Sounds like an audit to me and there's no timescales how long it will be there for. Once it's complete the report will be returned to DWP.

I called them back as was confused and they said its not in audit but going through the system which has left me even more confused. He said no timescale but once they are satisfied they will send it on to DWP, why would they not be satisfied with it0

It's not always returned straight away sometimes there's a delay. Once it's completed it will be returned. There's really nothing more you can do but wait for a decision, which can be anything between 2-12 weeks.
