Hi,Today is Saturday and it's not an offical payment day. Your payment day is likely to be a Monday but your bank most likely releases the funds to you on a Saturday. If you don't receive payment on Monday morning then you'll need to ring ESA to ask them why.0
-
The thing is , ive recieved e.s.a every saturday for the past 3 years , so im worried sick0
-
It's paid fortnightly not weekly so are you sure your money is due?Either way, unfortunately there's nothing we can do here so you'll need to ring them Monday if you haven't received it by then.0
-
Yes fortnightly , sorry im stressing and worrying , can e.s.a just stop your payments without informing you?, also im due shortly for them to reassess ,but they havent sent any forms yet0
-
If something has happened that's made the payments stop then they would write to you to tell you but the letter probably wouldn't be received until after payments stop. We've had members here that haven't received payment and it's been an error so this is likely what's happened here. However, as advised your payment really isn't due until Monday but your bank release your money on a Saturday, so really speaking it's not late being paid yet.I know it's frustrating and stressful but there's nothing you can do until Monday.0

I will , and i hope so too, my mental health isnt helping matters on top of my physical heath, i just want to shut myself off 😪 i panic and think all sorts , makes my irregular heat palpitations flare up with the stress too0
-
I can imagine it'd bring on a lot of stress @traydee. Try and take it one moment at a time
Are you receiving enough support to help you manage your mental health problems at the moment?
It's normal to have feelings of wanting to shut yourself off, but it's important to try and stay in touch with loved ones and professionals. The community's always here for you if you need, too You can always pop into our coffee lounge for a chat if you need to take your mind off of things.1 -

Hi, just too say rang them on Monday, apparently even though they extended my p.i.p to dec ,becaucse they are behind , it only flagged up on e.s.a system electricly this last week , so it caused my payments to stop. They have reinstated them get reassessed in june sometime, , thing is p.i.p, already sent reassessment forms (even though they exyended till dec!),last month so dont know what they are going on about. Thank you for your help. Im stuck in my flat as no lift ,been fighting yo move for over 9 years in total now , but cause my healths got worse and now need a wheelchair for distances(which im still waiting for ,could be months apparently).theyve restarted my application and although my 2 youngest adult children live with me, its hard to discuss my problems , they work allday and i dont like being a burden , so i truly appreciate you helping me like u all did0

It's perfectly normal for this to happen. Even though your PIP was extended, the ESA system wouldn't have known this. The same thing happened to me last year when my PIP award was extended.
