Hi everyone i sent back my review form for pip in january and they've now sent me a letter from the ESA saying due to recent change i will carry on getting this does that mean i've passed the pip as well

This does not mean you have been awarded pip they are separate benefits
The letter from esa is probably to inform you of the new rates due from April
For your PIP review it is likely you are waiting for assessment which there are huge backlogs people are waiting over 6 months for and majority of review will have an assessments
