I closed my UC by mistake after being awarded LCWRA. Could this have affected my back pay?

Hi everyone.. I have just one question maybe someone can help me to understand what I suppose to do .
I apply for Lcwra last year … and after one year they give me Lcwra .. but before they give me the decision.. I close my uc for mistake … and I open again ..
now they pay me just for one month … not for all the year what I am waiting … just because I close my uc for one week I think … thank you

I tried to help you in a previous thread of yours. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/89613/they-say-i-apply-in-november-but-i-be-apply-in-february-last-year-how-it-s-possible#latestI still don't understand how someone had access to your journal and managed to get your claim closed. The reason it's not be backdated is because you lost all your previous statements. I don't know what you can do in this case.
