My partner has had "Housing Benefit recovery" deducted off her latest payment

My partner checked her payment coming in today on the Universal Credit website and noticed she's had around £50 deducted off her latest payment for "Housing Benefit recovery".
This must be some mistake as her circumstances have not changed, she still pays the same amount of rent to her grandparents with whom she lives, and all her payments have been the same since she switched from ESA to Universal Credit back in late 2019 (except for where benefits rates have risen).
Who does she contact to rectify this? There is no other information on it, but without a doubt it is a mistake.

DWP debt management and/or the local authority who previously paid her Housing Benefit.

DWP will be acting under instruction from the local authority and will only stop the debt recovery if the local authority recall the debt. However they may agree to paying back anything owed over a longer period.0
