my journal says my next payment date is 31st of march and i havent had anything come thru. my award technically ended months ago & i was told id be contacted for a review at some point, and i continued receiving payments so forgot about it. i was staying at ymcas and was moved & forgot to change my address until just now as now i have a permanent address. im worried that a review letter was sent to my old address & since it appears that ive ignored it my award has been stopped. that would mean no rent, no income.
ive had no messages in my journal and no replies as of yet, i messaged them asking about this yesterday. would they have messaged me if they were doing a review or just posted me a form?
thanks

It's one of those cases where only they know, the best thing you cn do is phone them in the morning.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Looking back at a previous thread of yours I see you were found to have LCWRA. This is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. When they refer you for a work capability assessment you would receive a letter on your journal telling you they are referring you and then you will receive the form in the post. It’s unlikely that this is the reason why you didn’t receive any money last month. If it was then you would have received all elements apart from the LCWRA.Have you had a look at your last statement to see what it says? It will have a breakdown of all the elements as well as any deductions (if applicable)
All you can do is ring the helpline tomorrow when they open.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Have you just informed them of the change of address? Possibly they want to verify that before releasing the payment (are there any 'to dos' on your journal?) - but, as others have said, all you can do is ring them.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
