    i have some great news, I am getting 2 payments tomorrow and am also getting money that they owe me on 13/04 which is something I never expected, so that’s very much needed what with everything going up. They’ve increased my payment too, they said that the computer system crashed, so they’re having to set up my claim again but at least I will still get the payments which is the main thing. I checked my bank and can see one of the payments is pending but it says JSA, so I’m hoping that it will be going back to esa once they’ve sorted it all out.

    Glad it's sorted. When they make a manual payment it always says JSA next to it. This doesn't affect your ESA Support Group. Some people do panic when they see that.

    Have they said how much your weekly entitlement is going forward?

    @calcotti yes they did say that it’s been increased but I can’t remember the exact amount 🫢😶‍🌫️ I think he said £60-£70 more

    You'll get a letter in due course which should make it clear. Come back if you need advice interpreting the letter when it comes.

    @Alex_Scope yes thank it really is! They’ve done one payment today now and another one is going in tomorrow but it’s still not adding up to the amount they said yet. So I’ll see if they put anymore in on 13th

    Fingers crossed, at least they've kept you in the loop and let you know about the system crashing, which is better than not saying anything.
