The DWP haven't responded to my appeal, and it's past the deadline. What are my chances of winning?

I am currently appealing my pip appeal apparently the dwp still haven't responded to my appeal and it has passed the deadline. The tribunal have contacted them again to respond as soon as possible or the they will have to go ahead with the hearing. But what are my chances of winning0

It's difficult to really know what your chances are @1977young as I'm not directly involved, but I do hope they respond soon so the process can be completed.

That's alright @1977young
And that's a long time, though I suspect the pandemic hasn't helped with moving things along, hopefully there won't be much longer to go!0 -
Hi,Tribunal success rate is about 70% providing you appear in person. DWP don't always respond by the deadline. The hearing will still go ahead regardless of whether they respond or not. When a date becomes available HMCTS will contact you.0
