She did not say that she tolled me that it is garrteeted to get there tomorrow and if it dose not i will get my money back she did not say that it goes to royal mail she said to gose straight to dwp why would she say if it dose not i will get my money back we will see i will let you know0

There's plenty of threads reagrding the same thing here if you look. Yes, it will be signed for but not from someone from DWP. This means it will look like it's arrived... it will be at Royal Mail sorting office. Not at DWP.
