PIP Report Issues

Hi all,
Apologies in advance if I go off on a tangent, focus is not my strength!
I applied for PIP last November (2021) had my telephone assessment in March (2022) and received my letter on Thursday this week to tell me I have 0 points and my application has been denied. I sent in relevant info including about my MH (BPD) and physical health (Nerve damage in my legs due so S1 root nerve damage) and none of this was noted in my application. I had support completing my forms and was more honest than I've been with my family about how much I'm struggling.
The report and the misinformation in it tipped me over the edge to the point I'm on suicide watch (again).
I know I can do a MR but I mentally don't think I can even call to get everything done.
I don't know what to do, I don't know how to carry on like this, I can't think straight enough to know what to do to make this better.
Sorry, I'm not sure what I'm asking here. Any support would be great.

Welcome to the community @sorrowflower I'm glad that you've joined us, and that you felt able to tell us about your current situation. It sounds like you're having a difficult time at the moment, so I'm going to send you an email from community@scope.org.uk this afternoon to see if there's anything we can do to support you.
You have some time to prepare an MR, so there's no need to rush into it before you're ready. Do you think you'd feel able to come up with a few real world examples to demonstrate where you feel you should have scored points in reference to the PIP descriptors (pipinfo.net)? Could the people who supported you in completing your forms support you in putting your MR together? It's usually better to submit an MR in writing, rather than over the phone, would that be more manageable for you?
There's also no need to apologise at all. You haven't gone off on a tangent, and it'd be fine if you did It can sometimes be helpful to do a bit of a brain dump in a post, and have our friendly members help you to work through your worries and questions.1 -
@Tori_Scope Thank you so much for your response. I will have a look for the email and at the link above! Thank you again.0
