Hello, Does anyone know a timescale on PIP Tribunals? Or does it differ from which area you are from?, I have sent everything to the Tribunal and received a copy of DWPs response, Thanks.

The HMCTS have a web chat where you can actually ask for an update on your case and you also ask about the waiting times for the appeals.0 -
Ohh I could be waiting a while then 😣, I don't really mind waiting, I'm confident I'll win my appeal, And it all gets back dated anyway, Would be nice to get the appeal out the way sooner than later though.0

Sorry if this is an old thread.
Have you now had a date? I’ve been waiting since Feb and haven’t got one yet 😕0 -

I put in a request for a tribunal back in March and I didn't have it until yesterday 1st November. It was being done via video link and they looked through my lawyers submissions that he sent last week along with supporting evidence. They introduced themselves and they said they'd looked through everything and decided to allow my appeal for daily living at the enhanced rate. So I spent the whole of October worrying and I didn't have to say anything at the tribunal apart from my name. I scored 0 in the assessment and MR. Good luck everyone who is going through it1
