Hello, Does anyone know a timescale on PIP Tribunals? Or does it differ from which area you are from?, I have sent everything to the Tribunal and received a copy of DWPs response, Thanks.

    Hello @ChrisH90

The HMCTS have a web chat where you can actually ask for an update on your case and you also ask about the waiting times for the appeals.

Thank you, I will have a look, The last message I got from them was on the 5th April Saying if you have any evidence to support you're tribunal send it as soon as possible, Not heard anything since then, I'm hoping it won't be too much longer, The whole process has been going on way over a year now 😣

    Hello @ChrisH90

I think they send that email to everyone, once you have submitted the appeal.

I submitted the appeal in February, and I still have not been told when the appeal will be.

Ohh I could be waiting a while then 😣, I don't really mind waiting, I'm confident I'll win my appeal, And it all gets back dated anyway, Would be nice to get the appeal out the way sooner than later though.

Sorry if this is an old thread.
Have you now had a date? I’ve been waiting since Feb and haven’t got one yet 😕

Hello. No I haven't received a date yet either, It's estimated 11-16 weeks I've read, I'm on my 10th week now, I originally applied for PIP in April 2021, Well over a year and still no outcome, So frustrating.

Very frustrating! But then again I suppose playing catch up from the delay with covid etc is hitting everyone.

I’ve got surgery at the end of the month and have a feeling that’s when my date will be! 🤭

I put in a request for a tribunal back in March and I didn't have it until yesterday 1st November. It was being done via video link and they looked through my lawyers submissions that he sent last week along with supporting evidence. They introduced themselves and they said they'd looked through everything and decided to allow my appeal for daily living at the enhanced rate. So I spent the whole of October worrying and I didn't have to say anything at the tribunal apart from my name. I scored 0 in the assessment and MR. Good luck everyone who is going through it
