Nervous about PIP tribunal

Hello community.
I have returned home from my PIP tribunal, they said a decision will be posted, I now get to have anxiety waiting for the letter.
I can't tell if the tribunal went well, I remember one question made me cry, and the doctor wad really probing hard with "a person your age shouldn't have muscular issues", like I was lying or something.
I was awarded 5 points by the DWP, but I didn't get a strong feeling that the panel cared. The process took an hour and a half, it was stressful, and difficult.
I don't know what to think, I'm in limbo now, but I have a strong feeling they won't side with me, no one does.

I think it's impossible to predict anything at this stage. Usually the decision is posted out fairly quickly so you should receive it within the next few days.

Well, it's not impossible, if I took someone good at reading people, might have gotten some idea, haha.
I'm just never hopeful, I worry, and get stressed. All the panel members seemed to engage, and listen to me, but I don't know.
I hate not knowing!0 -
It can be very stressful not knowing I agree @notmyrealname but one helpful thing to remember is that you've done everything you need to do, and the rest is out of your control. Well done for dealing with those difficult questions, it certainly doesn't sound easy at all.
Hopefully it won't be too much longer until you hear more, but until then the best thing to do is to focus on things you enjoy or help relax you, something which helps the time pass and takes your mind off the wait.
If you feel we can help support you further with anything, please let us know.0
