hi I have just recently been diagnosed with patronage tuner syndrome, after the acute phase around 7 months ago was wrongly diagnosed as rotator cuff injury.
Strangely it has been diagnosed a bilateral in both shoulders, each affected differently in movement restriction and lost of strength within significant muscle atrophy in my right deltoid muscle.
Maintaining conditioning exercises daily and swimming daily also, but finding I'm am now getting pain in my elbows, not sure if this is because I am trying to be as active as possible and maybe compensating the strength loss by over usage of other arm muscles?

Hello again @GavMc and welcome to he community, thanks for sharing a bit about yourself
None of us are medical experts or professional advisors on the forum, but in my own experience of pain in my body with my cerebral palsy, if I have a pain in my back one day, the next day it will move to my hip, because I've been holding myself differently and other muscles have had to work hard to compensate.
Have you spoken to your GP or any other specialists involved in your care? It might be worth having a chat if you are concerned.
I know you've already been exploring the forum, which is great, and if you'd like to spend time getting to know our members you can visit the Coffee Lounge, chat about your day, and play games too.
If you need a hand with anything further, please do ask!

thanks Alex - yeah I am speaking to the doctor and orthopaedic consultant but diagnosis is just 2 weeks now need to wait and see what the outcome of the assessments are first.I’m feeling ok the MRIs and stuff I suppose just glad they now think they know what it is - and I have an idea how to help myself physically.
thanks again for your comments - hope your pain and discomfort hasn’t been too bad today
