Hi I'm new here so hello everyone .. I'm hoping you could all kindly give me some answers I have been going through the pip process since Jan 21 so way over a year now I'm at tribunal stage but my hearing was Adjourned as the judge felt it would be fair to obtain my medical records for the last 3 years my question is what are they looking for here? I have moved house quite a few times and changed GP each time so haven't known any 1 particular doctor that I've always gone to I actually haven't seen a GP in years especially with covid n all that. I'm claiming on PTSD Depression and anxiety I understand Gps keep medical records for 10 years but I was told mine went missing and all the relevant stuff would have been in there so when they get my records and basically draw a blank how is this going to look for me what should I say? I'm stressed worrying that them finding nothing will go against me. Has anyone had this happen to them here? id be grateful for your stories/answers and any advice you all may have thanks so much for reading

It does sometimes happen. Actually you’re the 2nd person today that’s posted the same question.
Sometimes if there’s contradictions in the evidence you’ve already sent or perhaps they just need extra evidence. Very difficult to advise because we don’t know anything about your case. It’s never too late to get expert advice and even representation. Start here https://advicelocal.uk/0 -

Welcome to the community @Deliz1111 It's great to have you with us.
Thanks for posting your question! I'm glad that poppy123456 has been able able to provide some guidance for you. I hope that someone else who's been through this will also find and comment on your post so that you can share your experiences together.
I was also wondering whether you're receiving enough support to help you manage your PTSD, depression, and anxiety at the moment?
