Hi my pip renewal was ment to be in 2023 but I received the renewal form. It has to be sent back by 6th May. I'm just wandering why they sent it so early. I haven't any evidence to send will that affect things. I was on low care and mobility indefinitely before moving to pip then I lost my mobility component I think by a couple of points.I did do mandatory reconsideration but lost. I'm worried I might lose the care part too. I have got more  health problems since my last assessment. Also how long will the process take as my son and daughter in law are taking me away in June and I'm worried they could send me a letter for my assessment while I am away for 2 weeks and I miss it and stop my money. I would be grateful for any advice

If your current PIP award was extended due to Covid then yes your review will have been due at anytime. You will need to fill out the form with as much information as possible about how your conditions affect you, even if there's been no change.
I'd also advise you to add a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies.
There's quite a backlog of people waiting for assessments so you could be waiting several months for the assessment.
