Hello and welcome to the community @bobster, it's nice to see you join.
This is a very warm and supportive place so I'm sure you'll enjoy getting involved. Please feel free to have a browse of our many categories and if you ever have any questions about the community then don't hesitate to ask.
I don't have any experience of the subject you have asked about unfortunately, however I'm sure that we have other members who do. I have moved your thread over to our benefits and financial support category and edited the title so that other members know what the main subject of the discussion is.
How is your son managing with his conditions at the moment?0
