PIP final consideration

Hello. I had lodged a request for an Appeal/Tribunal due to my mandatory reconsideration having failed. I was initially allocated 0 points on mandatory reconsideration I was awards 7 points. I submitted my appeal and was advised a further review would be made prior to papers going across to Tribunal.
I received an text message update from tribunal advising that outcome had been issued - to date I have not received my letter or pack from DWP. I called today and was advised that pack would be sent - the advisor gave me no decision. What does this mean - does it mean no change to reconsideration or has a change been made but I could still appeal. Totally confused. Operator advised call back next week if pack more received

Hello there @Dots thanks for reaching out today.
Just so I have a full understanding, could you tell me what type of Tribunal you had? Was it a paper hearing? Turn2Us explains what that means below:A paper hearing means that the tribunal judge and other tribunal members will only consider the written evidence in private and you and your representative (if you have one) do not attend a hearing.
You will not be told when the private hearing is taking place.
You will be sent the decision in writing after the paper hearing.
If you want more details about the reasons for the tribunal’s decision, you can ask for this by writing to the Tribunals or Appeals Service within one month.

When we initially submitted an appeal with virtual attendance for myself and representative from CAB. I find it strange that I haven’t received the pack and that the outcome wasn’t disclosed on my call or do I presume that there is no offer and indeed I will go to tribunal.0

If DWP are issuing a tribunal bundle it means that they have not made any revision to the award since the MR notice.0

Thank you. Wasn’t sure the whole thing has been a nightmare - with errors across the whole application period.0
