Does anyone know where I could anonymously blog my thoughts and feelings?
Like an online diary that I could fill out each day or week.
I’m trying to find ways to help my MH right now and was thinking this may help.
Thanks

Hi @CoffeeFirst
Yes, there are plenty of free websites through which you can journal anonymously. I found a few by Googling 'free online journal'. I think it's a great idea.
An app like Daylio may also be of interest to you, so that you can see a snapshot of how you've been doing.
Would you want people to be able to comment on your entries, or would you want it to be private?1 -
@woodbine and @Tori_Scope; Thanks both. Yes it’s a good way of me keeping track of things I thought. I’d be ok with either open to comment or private. Thanks again 😀0

In that case, you could always try starting a blog too @CoffeeFirst? There are plenty of free sites out there, and you could keep it anonymous.1
