I have got cerebral Palsy and I have involuntary movements and I have recently brought a weighted blanket and it is really helping my involuntary movements 

just thought that I would let you know

    Thanks so much for sharing @colet :) I'm glad to hear it's working out.

    I have Cerebral Palsy (CP) and occasional involuntary movements as well, and have heard good things about weighted blankets, though I know they aren't right for everybody. 

    If anyone is unsure, they can always talk to their GP or specialist about how a weighted blanket might affect them.
