Hi, just joined. Been going through my "own personal hell" for quite a few years. Wish to speak to people that have been on a similar "road".
I was born with cerebral palsy, right side hemiplegia, dystonic movement in the right arm. I suffer from social anxiety, depression, anxiety, stress, you name it.
My main problem at the moment is the job centre and also trying social self back.

You're always welcome to pop into our mental health and wellbeing category if this is something you'd like to chat to us about further.
You've mentioned having some trouble with the Job Centre. Would you feel comfortable sharing a little more about what kind of trouble you've been having with them?also trying social self back
Just so I'm clear, do you mean that you're having trouble getting your social self back? If so, you're not the only one experiencing this As a first step, perhaps you'd like to join Scope and CP Sport's virtual CP cafe? It looks like the next one is actually today! -
