Hello @vijay thanks for your post, I'm really sorry to hear about the outcome of your Mandatory Reconsideration, I can understand how fed up you're feeling. I hope the community can help support you.
It's positive to hear that you want to keep fighting, and I can encourage you to have a read on the Turn2Us website, for guidance on challenging a PIP decision at this stage.
You might also like to search on Advice Local for a professional adviser local to you, who can help see if you have a case for a successful tribunal appeal.
If you'd like to talk to one of Scope's advisers, you can also contact the Scope Helpline if you prefer.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling to sleep, and are having a tough time with your mental health. Is this something you feel you're getting enough support with currently, from your GP for example?
Before taking the next steps with PIP, it's really important you take the time to process what's happened and to support your mental health. If you need to, you can:- Call Samaritans on 116 123 for someone to listen, and not to judge.
- Text "SHOUT" to 85258 anytime for support
- Visit Mind's website for guides on self care.

The technicality doesn't really matter in this context, it still feels to many like a court so people will continue to use the word, especially if just told "it's not a court" with no further explanation.
@vijay it must be so scary and frustrating to have to take it to tribunal each time, it sounds like maybe a little help filling out the form with more evidence and examples might be useful. Do you do it all yourself?0 -
It's not a court because no one is on trial at any Tribunal. Some hearings if face to face are in a court building but definitely not a court.I do agree though that many people that have to challenge a decision time and time again is likely because of poorly completed claim packs.0

That's a great explanation thanks @poppy123456.
I wish the forms would encourage people to give examples, there is a correct way to answer them and the dry questions without prompt for examples don't get that out of people.0
