Is this enough to warrant a set aside decision if it's affecting memory even if I didn't realise at the time and was on a course for treatment

Hello @ITSALLLIES
Welcome to the community, it's nice to see you join us.
Thanks for your query about setting aside a decision, I would assume this is in relation to your PIP claim. I' not sure whether that specifically would be an accepted reason for setting aside the decision, the Gov.uk website only refers to whether you feel as though there has been a mistake in the process.
If you do want to apply to have the decision set aside there is a form that can be used which you can access through Gov.uk, you can find it here.I hope to see you getting involved more around the community. This is a very supportive and welcoming site to be a part of so I’m hopeful that you’ll find it to be a positive outlet. Feel free to have a look around and get involved wherever you’d like 😊 A few notable pages I’d recommend visiting would be:
- The virtual coffee lounge which is one of our categories, in which we play games and talk about general subjects such as hobbies and interests
- The recent discussions page, which shows an overview of everything happening across the community
- The categories page, which shows a full list of discussion groups on the community
If you have any questions at all then don’t hesitate to ask.

Well they questioned lots of medical entries I was pretty much speechless, couldn't think to answer with why " like the day an entry which stated an a&E visit did not mention all injuries", only referencing the more painful injuries that the NHS would investigate. however one entry later with a GP That I do remember the GP reports opposite side to which I was referencing problems with, in my mind the person's treating me were aware of for such a long time I never understood why.
I was not compensated for these injuries due to the errors in the medical file either not referencing or I correctly referencing the wrong side until recently after sor highlighted these contradictions.
I did mention to my solicitor that I disagreed with not being compensated for the injuries which was stated I needed to mitigate these injuries to which I thought I had on several occasions.0 -
I don't think an internet forum is the best place for help and advice with this because we don't know anything about your case. You need to get some expert advice from an agency near you. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/
