The evidence required is nothing to do with your health.
The evidence needed is the sequence of events to confirm that the reassessment was a result of you requesting it and when this was done.
Go through your UC journal to see all relevant messages from when you made the request and prepare a schedule of the messages. I strongly recommend that you download all the messages in case they disappear from your journal.

Hi all, I'm trying to show a message I received from UC today.

Hello, The evidence you mentioned will have been removed from your account to abide by data protection restrictions. If you want evidence applied to the dispute, you need to provide it by uploading it to your online account. We have made note that the first contact made regarding the deterioration on your part was on 22/11/2021. Kind Regards

When i first put the note on the journal yesterday to say I disagreed with the decision, I stated this was due to me having asked for another assessment due to deterioration in my condition in Nov 2021 and that i had provided supporting evidence at that time.  I was confused by their response yesterday re the evidence, and assumed they meant relating to my condition.

So from the message received today, just to be clear, are they still referring to the sequence of events? does this need to be in the form of a letter outlining the sequence of events, which is then to be uploaded? or do i send screenshots? (not sure how to download entries from journal)

    Thanks again

yes, it was in November 2021.  As I recall I spoke to my work coach about my health issues worsening and he said he was going to speak to his manager as he was surprised I was in the LCW and not receiving more help. I have an entry on my journal asking for a new assessment as stated below. I'm thinking he told me to put a note on my journal?  I can see here I mention change of circumstance but also ask for a new LCW assessment, not really understanding the process I guess.  I'm not sure if this will be used against my claim for backdated payment as I've asked for a 'new assessment', though I was already assessed as LCW at that time.  I hope i'm making sense and not repeating myself! Sorry
Can you please arrange a new work capability assessment as my circumstance have changed since the last.

    Thank you

Makes sense to me - you are asking for a new assessment. If they needed more information to progress that they should have responded to you to say so.

If there are later messages where you are chasing this, refer to those too.

    Hi all,

Its been a while, and I have had no reply to my MR, re back payment of lcwra, since submitting supporting evidence as requested, showing when i notified of change of circumstances in Dec etc with copies of printouts from my journal, stating/outlining the sequence of events.  This was at the beginning of July.  How long does it normally take to before receiving a decision?
Should I put a note on my journal?

    Thanks in advance

2-12 weeks, sometimes longer. No need to add a note on your journal at this stage. Once a decision is made the letter will be uploaded onto your journal.

This thread is about 18 months old and the member hasn't been active since September 2023, so you may not get a reply.

I see from your previous thread that you didn't continue to provide fit notes when you reported changes to your health condition. For this reason they may not backdate your claim. It will be down to a decision maker to make the final decision. See thread here.lcw-to-lcwra

I'd advise you to put a message on your journal under the payment section and ask them.

Poppy. You don't need to provide continuous fit notes  when in lcw group.  I moved from lcw to lcwra. No continuous fit notes are required

Sorry but i disagree. When you report changes to your health condition they request fit notes.
