    I can’t abide it when people say “off of” shouldn’t it just be “from” or just “off”?!!

    I’m also really really really irritated by people saying “should of” and “could of” instead of “should’ve” and “could’ve” 🤨

    I Don’t really like being called mate by shop assistants, what happened to sir or madam? It’s not something which keeps me awake at night but nevertheless it’s a bit familiar.

    I`m with you there but for different reasons.  I actually don`t like the word "mate"; I don`t use it and don`t like being addressed as such (especially by retail staff / shop assistants).

    I work in IT and really dislike the usual management blurb:
    "Low hanging fruit"
    "We`re gaining traction"
    "Blue sky thinking"
    "Think out of the box"
    "We`ll take that offline"
    "On the back of that"
    "Can you touch base with xxxx"
    "Reach out to xxxx and discuss"
