Hi @poppy123456 when I looked at my bank ,it said JSA instead of ESA,will that make any difference,it's the same amount@kendo861

When they make a manual payment it usually shows as JSA, something to do with the old legacy computer system.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

Did did they say why it had not been paid ?
mine was due today Thursdays 2nd but it hasn’t been so have to wait till Monday to call to find out what’s happened. -

They said it had been processed for next week for some reason so she said she was recalling it
