    You can also contact your local MP. Tell them exactly what's happened and hopefully they will be able to help you. I did this quite a few years ago and they certainly got DWP moving fast. https://members.parliament.uk/members/Commons

    Thank you very much, I just received a journal message from my case manager and they said I will get my decision in 3 working days.
