Hi there
Is there not a way to unsubscribe to the emails usually at the bottom of the email or contact them and ask to be removed from their mailing list -
ive tried that it’s not the emails that’s bothering me it’s the text messages I’m getting multiple times a day . x

Thanks for reaching out to us @Rachel10876. I appreciate how much courage it can take to reach out, especially when you are struggling.
I was just going to say what @janer1967 has already said! Thanks @janer1967, you are one step ahead of me today
I am also wondering if you have any support in place? One resource you might find helpful is GamCare.
I am hearing it is really affecting your mental health issues which you have and making them really bad, would you like to tell us more about how things currently look like for you? We are here for you if you would like to share more with us.
Keep hanging on in there, you are showing so much strength and determination. We are all here for you if we can do anything to help, even if that is just listening

Thats so bad that they harass people like that! The industry is so shameful and immoral.
What phone do you use @Rachel10876?? You should be able to block the numbers and messages coming through.
Emails should have an unsubscribe button but depending how many you get and which places it might be easier to get a new email address and move the important things over so you have a fresh start. Stops you having access to any old accounts that way too. -

Hi @Rachel10876 thanks for reaching out today and explaining what's been happening.
I hope our members replies have been helpful, and I would also encourage you to block the numbers of any texts you receive of that nature.
As well as GamCare, there are other organisations which can help support you with gambling if you ever need to reach out to them:The Gordon Moody Association runs the Gambling Therapy website, which offers online support to problem gamblers and their friends and family.
Gamblers Anonymous UK Gamblers Anonymous UK runs local support groups that use the same 12-step approach to recovery from addiction as Alcoholics Anonymous. There are also GamAnon support groups for friends and family.
Let us know if we can support you further, and keep us up to date with how blocking the numbers goes.

Hello Rachel! Thank you for reaching out. I really love the profile photo!I recognise it must be difficult for you with your gambling issues and mental health.I would suggest perhaps you can change your mobile number, and then hopefully you won’t receive the text messages. Also you might find some counselling therapy helpful: https://www.oxfordshiremind.org.uk/support-for-you/talkingspace/

Hi Rachel, hope you're keeping strong.
When you receive an email, hold your finger down on the particular mail and send it to the spam folder, you'll never see them again.
As for the txt messages, the only way that I know is to unsubscribe from them.
Depending on who your network provider is, maybe give them a call and see if they can stop them, failing that, I personally would change my number. A fresh start to a new beginning.
Changing your number gives you the peace of mind knowing that you're free from these harmful messages.
Perhaps even a new email account too for the extra peace of mind..
I have done both of these and it is refreshing!
Stay strong x

GAMSTOP may be worth looking at as you can exclude yourself from all sites (so clicking on the links the gambling sites send you won't allow you to join the site).
'GAMSTOP. GAMSTOP is an online multi-operator self-exclusion scheme and has been available since April 2018. All gambling businesses must participate in this scheme. To register and find out more you can visit the GAMSTOP website.'

If you tried to unsubsribe but failed with it, ask your relatives (if you trust them) to check your email each morning and delete all those links . I wish you to stay strong!
