If you applied through online application i believe there's an email address but i haven't no idea what that is sorry.If you didn't then no, you will need to send it by post. Make sure you put your name and NI number on everything. If you don't have the address you will need to ring them to ask because all areas are different.0

It's silly there isn't more ways to contact them like email, I know there is a correspondence email address but it takes ages to get to where it needs to. It would surely save a lot of money if it was also an option to email.

true my phone has currently 140,094 email notifications
I know with journal messages they get spammed and all sorts posted to them so can see email getting misused too0 -

I'm not surprised @Bibliokept, that sounds like a lot of notifications! I would feel overwhelmed too.
Are you able to put them on mute or all read? Hopefully, that might make them feel more manageable.
The other thing I do is move emails to promotions/spam. I find only my primary inbox gives me notifications0
