Reconsideration declined

Hi I just got a letter back saying my reconsideration will not change my claim. I receive standard mobility but nothing for daily living.
I scored 6 for daily living & noticed that in my report the assessor wrote that because I can dress the top half of my body & touch my knees while seated I do not qualify for the points
I have blood clots and Lymphoedema in my left leg and groin which stops me from being able to get my undies socks trousers or lace up shoes on. My daughter does this for me every day.

They say because I can touch my knees whilst seated I don’t need help. So am I supposed to just not wear anything on my bottom half? It’s crazy.
I’m taking it to tribunal but don’t hold much hope.
Sorry for the rant

It is usual for the MR not to change the decision. The tribunal will take a fresh look at your claim.0

Are you receiving expert advice to help you with your tribunal @lisaT52?0
