Newbie saying hello

Hi I’m Lisa from Bedfordshire, 
just wanted to say hi and tell you that reading your posts makes me feel that I’m not the only one that is having issues with certain things. I thought it was just me but seems a lot of people get the same treatment from the authorities. They made me feel like I was lying when I wasn’t.
