I'm assuming the JSA is Income Related so you'll be entitled to the disability premium of £36.20/week. This is usually automatically paid with your JSA.
For the Severe disability premium, it will depend on who you live with? If you live alone (or with children) then you'll be entitled to the SDP of £69.40/week. If you live with a partner then you'll only be entitled to this if you're partner either claims a qualifying disability benefit theirself or they are registered blind. Once your PIP is in payment you'll need to ring JSA to ask to claim the SDP.
Both will be backdated to the start of your PIP award.
The Enhanced disability premium is not payable on JSA.

That's great news! Though i'm sorry to hear that it made you so anxious, now you can put that behind you and try to relax.
DWP have the same chance we do to appeal the decision. Before they can do this they need to request the statement of reasons within 1 month of the date of the decision. Once they receive this they need to find the error in law before they can appeal.
They sometimes request it but rarely appeal it. If they request it, it doesn't mean they are appealing it.
It can take anything up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer to pay what they owe you and about the same time to put your award into payment.
Regarding the mobility, yes you can in the future, either at review or by reporting a change of circumstances.
May i ask how long your award is for?
My award was for four years. Thanks for informing me how it works, At this point, I don't mind waiting, already taken over a year. Been such a stressful process.

I think I understand. I live with my parents so I'll get the disability premium. It's a little confusing, but still. Thanks for the quick response Poppy, much appreciated.

You're welcome. Unless both your parents either claim PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care or they are registered blind then you won't be entitled to the SDP. Just the disability premium of £36.20/week.

However, the DWP representative was the exact opposite. Was rather nasty and sharp and was going out of his way to make me uncomfortable. Made me feel absolutely worthless. I don't want to have to go through that ever again, just awful. In the end, I couldn't even go over my notes as I felt so intimidated by them all.

Par for the course to be honest. Their job to get the Tribunal to agree with their decision that you only should be awarded the 6 points previously given. It's not their job to change what is already a DWP decision.
You want more points - they don't agree with you.
