Apply to join our Let's Play Fair co-production group by Wednesday 15 June.

You'll help shape our campaign for accessible play spaces, and be compensated £25 an hour for your time. So, if you're the parent of a disabled child, apply today. And if you know someone who is, send them the link!

We need your expertise

Parents are experts at advocating for their children’s rights, and we want to work with you.

The Let’s Play Fair campaign is trying to convince the Government to create a multi-million pound inclusive playgrounds fund. We need parents like you to help convince your MPs or Members of the Welsh Parliament about this. We want to co-produce with parents of disabled children ways to engage with these politicians.

How will this work?

We’ll do this across two virtual sessions, and by getting your feedback over email. We’ll develop your ideas to bring them to life.

In the first virtual session, Scope’s political and campaigning experts will tell you about the details of how parliamentary decision-making works. You’ll brainstorm ways parents can engage their MPs for the Let’s Play Fair campaign. In a second virtual session we’ll get your feedback on the resource produced.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about campaigning, and leave your mark on the Let’s Play Fair campaign. You will be paid £25 an hour for your input. We are looking for around 8 parents to take part. We welcome applications from anyone, as long as they're the parent of a disabled child.

Apply today

If you'd like to apply (or you know someone who might!), head to the Scope website.

There's a short form to fill out, then our campaigns team will be in touch to talk about what's next.

Participants must be free from 10am to 1pm on Monday 20 June and Thursday 14 July.
