Can we keep eachother updated. As it helps sometimes when waiting.Bellasdream said:Most people on here have had text saying no decision but 2 days later text to say awarded I'm on day 2 since no decision text starting to worry now. Can they text anytime of the day or is it just mornings from experience
i received a “no decision yet text” yesterday 03/0/2022 at 8:27am. So I’m waiting for award text.0 -
@Angel247 absolutely yes. I'm just wondering if anyone's been notified by text when they've not been successful like a disallowance text? My text was Monday but that was bank holiday so unsure if it was automated or if staff where working.0

I’ve never heard of anyone receiving a refusal text.Bellasdream said:@Angel247 absolutely yes. Hi
I had my no decision text on the 27th December and still nothing further . Im assuming I haven’t been successful in my claim so I guess I’ll just wait for the letter and start a MR .0 -
@Angel247 I've literally just had my text to say I've been awarded! What a relief, I hope you hear soon3

That doesn't mean you haven't been awarded. Not everyone receives a text within days of the "no decision text"

That’s great to hear. Hopefully I receive mine soonBellasdream said:@Angel247 I've literally just had my text to say I've been awarded! What a relief, I hope you hear soon0 -
Thank you Poppy . I’m afraid I seem to spend a lot of time analysing how quick other people seem to be getting their award texts and from this I’m concluding it’s not going to be good news.Rightly or wrongly I think that it’s the stress which plays with your mind .0

I’m in same boat. 26th Dec text. Given one of my issues is ADHD and another is autism, waits/uncertainty are a nightmareJane888 said:Thank you Poppy . Hi. I rung dwp today and they said my claim is being looked at today. I'm so nervous x1

I obese over every ones coments. Day n night i try n compared. I do my own head in by my head obesing. But i take it out on my uc journal they get the back lash of my obesive behaviour cause im awaiting an madotry reconsideration with them about lcwra
Pip had my assessment form back 5 dec 22 im hoping not much longer now but only been 4 weeks so far for me.0 -
I don't think looking at other peoples timescales is particularly helpful because backlogs are just part of the reason a decision can be delayed. Each individual claim will be different.

I defo agree poppy. Its not good to compare But ive found this process smoothing on my mental health i acutally enjoying comparing n knowing that everyone else is in same boat n it just isnt me
I know i overly obese but its a good fix whlist on im here im not going mental at unverisal credit1 -
Yeah same. I actually think looking at others and talking and comparing helps my waiting time. It puts me at ease when I haven’t received an award text yet. I will post my process once I receive a letter with my decision or payment hopefully.LuluLoopy21 said:I defo agree poppy. If you decide to go down the MR route and they go against you do they take what they've already awarded you off you so you have to start the process again?
Guys who are still waiting its horrid especially when so many of us already have anxiety, keep us updated x0 -
Bellasdream said:If you decide to go down the MR route and they go against you do they take what they've already awarded you off you so you have to start the process again? The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision remains the same, only 23% of decisions change. In the unlikely event of points being removed at this stage if this means there's now a refusal then any existing award will stop. You can then proceed to Tribunal.
