I basically nagged my universal credit journal for contact regarding my reconsideration after a month they gave me an email address but it wasnt any help but they then elasticated it due to me going on (on ur jouneral when writing a message click payment issue or service issue as messages go direct to case team) they finally gave in n acceptted to call me
But if u want things to go futher always use pay.ent issue or service issue and dont give up.1 -

Hi do you have to wait for a decision before you can make an appeal. Or can you appeal your assessment. As I don’t agree with some of the things I’ve just received in my assessment form0

You can ask for a decision maker to ring you before they make a decision and they may contact you.Have you added up any potential recommended points?1
