That will depend which ESA you're claiming. If any part of it in Income Related then yes you will. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment
If your ESA is New style then no, you won't be entitled to it.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi, I’m on Work related activity group and since my health condition worsened now I have applied for care group.
if that’s accepted what other benefits will I qualify to get? I was getting Disability benefit but now I have been asked to apply for PIP.still waiting for their response.
severe disability premium was refused because even though I’m separated I’m sharing a part of the house with my ex husband and he is my landlord.
Now I’m in Limited capability work £118
and they are taking off my private pension money from my previous employer £29.89 . I get £88.61 weekly now and £381 Disability benefit (Lower and middle rate) as soon as PIP approves, £381 will be stopped.
I don’t even know how much PIP I’m going to get.
im so confused. Can you please help me and tell me what other benefits I will be qualified please.
    thank you

Once a decision is made on your PIP your DLA will stop shortly after that. If there's a PIP award then this will stop about 7 weeks after the decision is made.

As you're in the WRAG at the moment for ESA if you're awarded at least Enhanced daily living then you'll be entitled to the Enhanced disability Premium which is an extra £19.55/week.

If you're placed into the Support Group for ESA the Enhanced disability premium is automatically paid. With the Support Group component on top of that you'll be entitled to £149.05/week. However your pension will reduce that £1 for £1. This means if your pension is £29.89/week then this will be deducted from your ESA as it is now so your ESA will be £119.16/week.

With regards to the SDP are you paying rent to your ex husband as you said he's your landlord? or do you own the house you live in?
